Excellent and well researched!

I experience time differently watching tv versus being outside or engaged in activities. I’ve spent a lot more time away from tv for a couple weeks and have found my weekends to be more enjoyable. I feel more rested and less anxious for the work week.

I do want us all to give ourselves grace however. Especially for those who developed unhealthy habits during the pandemic were met with a unique circumstance. But recognizing the damage and repairing it are the important parts. Good luck on your journey.
